In September 2006, Humana's Medicare Part D prescription drug plans
in the Florida region were ranked highest in overall member satisfaction
by J.D. Power and Associates. The rankings are based on responses
from 1,168 Medicare PDP enrollees in Florida, one of three Medicare
Part D regions in which J.D. Power and Associates
conducted its survey. |
2006 American Business Awards
In June 2006, Humana won a Stevie Award for our SmartSummary RxSM
benefits statement. The statement was recognized in the Best New
Product category at the 2006 American Business Awards.
